Suggested Use:

Instructions for adults and individuals aged 12 years and above: Mix one teaspoon of activated charcoal in a glass of water and consume orally after meals, up to three times daily. Avoid taking activated charcoal concurrently with other supplements; maintain a minimum 2-hour interval between administrations.

Key Considerations for Activated Charcoal Usage:

  • Seek advice from your healthcare provider before using activated charcoal, particularly if you are on medication, as interactions may occur.
  • Ensure adequate hydration by consuming ample water alongside activated charcoal to prevent dehydration.
  • Enhance the transit of activated charcoal through the intestines and promote efficient waste elimination by combining it with a high-fibre source such as psyllium powder or celery seed powder.
  • For optimal outcomes, it is recommended to take activated charcoal before bedtime and at least 3-4 hours after dinner.

Please note, taking too much could trigger a detox in the body and lead to diarrhoea, nausea or vomiting.
